Defrost Frozen
In a refrigerator
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Fan 170°C
Cook time: 1 hr. 45 min. – 1 hr. 55 min.
Gas 5
Remove from all packaging, including plastic cap.
Place in a roasting tin near the middle of a preheated oven for 1 hours 45 – 55 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving. For a medium cook, reduce time accordingly.

Gas 5
Remove from all packaging, including plastic cap.
Place in a roasting tin and cover loosely with foil.
Cook near the middle of a preheated oven.
1 hour into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 1 hour 45 – 55 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving. For a medium cook, reduce time accordingly.
